1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

The item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Digital products and services (e.g., Hypnotherapy sessions, Tarot Readings, Oracle Readings, Shamanic Journeys, Energy Healings).

Used or damaged items.

Personalized or customized items.

Clearance or sale items.

Consumable products (e.g., sage, palo santo sticks, clearing sprays) if opened.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at walkingtheintuitivepath@gmail.com with your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7–10 business days if eligible.
3. Refund Policy

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect on your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at walkingtheintuitivepath@gmail.com with photos of the defective/damaged product.
5. Cancellations

Physical Products: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Digital Services: Appointments for hypnotherapy, tarot readings, oracle readings, and energy healings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

A clear photo of the item and packaging.

A description of the issue.

Your order number.
We will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
7. International Orders
We accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please check with your local customs office before returning items.
